Items are made to order using 3D printing and hand-applied resin; therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Quality & Workmanship
If an item breaks due to a verified quality or workmanship issue, we are happy to provide a replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs only.
Please Note
Minor variations, tiny bubbles, surface texture, or slight color differences are normal characteristics of handmade resin and 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
- Wear from normal use, improper handling, or exposure to heat, water, or chemicals is not covered.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, drops, or modifications.
