Are your items handmade?
Yes! All items are made to order using 3D printing and hand-applied resin. Each piece is individually finished, making every item unique.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Our product photos represent the overall design and quality, but slight variations in color, texture, or tiny bubbles may occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade resin and 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
